Diane R. Castro, CEO, Young at Heart Communications, LLC

After more than 20 successful years in marketing and public relations - including being a pioneer of Internet Marketing in the early days of the online world - Diane reignited her passion with the challenge of using her technology and business knowledge and expertise to start a boutique Social Media Marketing and Public Relations agency, Young at Heart Communications, LLC (YHC).

Dianes and YHCs - mission is to help companies and non-profits successfully maximize social media marketing and public relations to increase business.

Diane holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism, with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University, with a minor in Psychology. She is an active member of the Novato Chamber of Commerce , is Secretary of the Chambers Business Referral Group (BRG), and is Marketing Consultant and Leasing Assistant for Giant Properties Inc. , a solution for property management, owner association management and leasing.

Gretchen Neer, Social Media Marketing Professional & Web Designer

Gretchen's talent of using design concepts and color, coupled with her understanding of digital technology and social media marketing makes her an indispensible part of the Young at Heart Communications team. Gretchen really gets it when it comes to what clients want because she is talented at bringing together all marketing elements into her web site designs and social media marketing campaigns.

Gretchen honed her creative skills at the Fashion institute of Design & Merchandising where she studied Marketing and was on the Honor Roll. She also studied Production for Digital Filmmaking at the Academy of Art University.

Najwa Shuwayhat, Office Manager, Young at Heart Communications, LLC

Najwa can manage anything office or accounting-related, and gets the job done without a hitch. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in accounting and human resource programs and procedures, and is organized to the hilt.

In additional to being an office manager, she has a creative eye for detail, design and color, and provides input on website design and social media marketing campaigns, making her highly valuable to the team.

Najwa developed her keen eye by obtaining an Associate of Science Degree in American Justice/Criminology City College of San Francisco.
